Can a 1965 Honda S-600 engine be rebuilt

The car is engine is a 600cc, in line 4 cyl, DOHC, 2 valves per cyl, roller 
Kissy fish
bearing mains and connecting rods.
The crank shaft is a six piece unit

Rebuilding the cyl head is not a

problem. It is a conventional head.

The bottom end is a roller

i dont work on gm cars ,ford, mopar ,etc. i work on any vehicle or machine.

if i can come up with the resources. a few weeks ago, i diagnosed an

electrical malfunction in a primary ignition system on a late eighties  
toyota .the parts folks wanted to fornicate .600.00 bux!  
'' fornicate within '' i said in my mechanical jargon.  
i went to a junk yard & spent 25.00 bux & bought a 85 ford pickup  
ignition system & incorporated it to the toyota.  
there fore ''i'' had the better idea.i made a p.o.s. ford; into a good  
vehicle. theres always a way.it helps to be open minded. or twisted.

in most cases most any engine can be rebuilt if parts are

available. I'd check the availagity of parts first then go from there.
